MAKE SURE THE PAN IS NICE AND HOT OR YOUR GRILL IS NICE AND HOT. ADD OIL, BRUSH OIL ON THE GRILL OR OIL IN YOUR PAN. MAKE A HOLE IN THE CENTER TO THE HEAT GETS IN AND COOKS FASTER.
