STEVE: ON ITS FACEBOOK PAGE MOODY’S APOLOGIZED FOR CLOSING TODAY, BUT SAID THE DECISION WAS MOTIVATED BY A DESIRE TO KEEP MOODY’S AROUND FOR MANY MORE
