Restaurant Style Kadai Paneer in Hindi | Indian Veg Recipes | Quick Dinner Recipe.


Namaste. My Name is Neelima Mittal. Kadai Paneer Ingredients Cottage Cheese – 200 gm (cut in cubes) Green Capsicum – 1 large (cut in square pieces) Yellow Capsicum – 1 small (cut in square pieces) Tomato – 4 (cut in very small pieces) Tomato – 1 (cut in large pieces) Ginger – julienns of 1 inch piece (or grated) Cumin Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste Cumin Seeds (1 tsp). Aniseeds (1 tsp), Whole Corriender (2 tsp), Black Pepper corns (7 to 8), Whole Red Chilli (2 without seeds) Dry roast all these slightly and grind coarsely Lets start. We will switch on the gas Add 2 tablespoon oil in a pan Yellow capsicum has been added to make it more colourful. You can skip it as well. Once the oil is slightly warm, addd cumin seeds Fry it for a while but ensure it does not turn black. Add Red Chilli Powder Add Tomatoes (finely chopped ones) Mix well Add salt so that tomatoes cook fast Mix well Cover it and cook till tomatoes are 3/4th cooked Tomatoes are now 3/4th cooked Add half of coarsely grinded masala Mix well Add Green and Yellow capsicum, Tomatoes (cut in large pieces), Cottage Cheese and Gunger juliennes Mix well Add remaining coarsely grinded masala (or little less if you like less spicey) Mix again Cover with a lid and cook for about 5 mins. Stir a couple of times in between. Capsicum is added late as we want to keep it crunchy It’s been 5 mins. Lets check it It’s smelling very good The spices are adding a strong flavour It is now ready Switch of the gas and serve hot You can add Dry Fenugreek leaves if you want but the flavour of spices is so strong, you don’t need to add it.
